ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT
General Section
Vila K, located at Kmeťkova Street No. 22 in Nitra, is a national cultural monument registered in the Central List of Monuments of the Slovak Republic.
Visitors are required to comply with this visitor's regulations to protect the heritage site and ensure the safety of all individuals within its premises.
1. Protection of the Cultural Monument
Vila K is subject to protection under Act No. 49/2002 Coll. on the Protection of the Cultural Heritage Fund. Damaging the monument, its interior, or exterior, even through negligence, is a criminal offense (§ 248a of the Criminal Code) and also creates an obligation for compensation of damages.
The following is strictly prohibited:

Touching the facade and walls of the building,

Leaning on architectural elements that are not intended for this purpose,

Picking flowers and damaging vegetation.
In case of any damage to the building, the relevant authority will be notified. Every visitor is required to immediately report any such damage to the staff.
2. Safety Warnings
Due to the historical nature of the building, its structures may not meet all current technical standards.
Visitors enter the premises at their own risk and are responsible for their safety and the protection of their property. The operator is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
It is prohibited to move on the roof of the building.
3. No Animal Entry
The entry of animals into the premises of Vila K is prohibited. The exception applies to guide and assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities.
4. Bicycles, Strollers, and Other Devices
Bicycles, strollers, and similar devices must be stored exclusively in the designated area. Leaning them against the facade or bringing them into the interior is prohibited. If you have any questions, please contact the staff.
5. Children
Children may visit Vila K only when accompanied by an adult, who is fully responsible for them. Unsupervised movement of children is prohibited.
Children are not permitted to access the roof terrace, even when accompanied by an adult.
6. Cleanliness and Order
Visitors are required to maintain order and cleanliness in all areas.
The following is prohibited:

Excessive noise or behavior that could disturb other visitors or neighbors.

Polluting or mishandling the building and its surroundings.

Consumption of personal food and drinks.
Access to the first and second floors is allowed only in clean slippers or with protective shoe covers. Trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
7. Entrance Fees and Opening Hours
Visiting the property is only possible during operating hours, which are posted at the entrance to the building or on the website www.vilak.sk.
Access to the premises (excluding the café) is subject to an entrance fee according to the current price list, unless otherwise stated.
8. Photography and Audiovisual Recordings
Photography and filming are allowed only for private purposes (using a mobile phone or compact camera), in a reasonable manner, and only with the staff's consent.
If you are interested in professional photography or any public use of materials, please contact the operator in advance.
9. Final Provisions
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry or expel individuals from the premises who violate this visitor's code of conduct or do not follow the staff's instructions.
Adhering to this code is essential for preserving the cultural value of the property and ensuring the safety of all its visitors.
